Dan Durick is a Vermont writer with a four-year-old and a demanding day job as a Director of Digital Marketing and Copywriting for a large tech company. To not go totally insane, or become a “dull boy”, he brings universal mysteries to science-fiction/horror novels grounded in a reality we recognize. By combining accounts of unexplainable experiences with philosophical explorations of what is behind it all, he crafts the kinds of mysteries that leave you both contemplative and paranoid. Dan’s stories come from his study of Philosophy in college and his forty-year-old subscription to Time-Life’s Mysteries of the Unknown. He ponders them on family road trips and dog walks. They haunt him in corporate meetings and nightmares. They beg to be let loose upon the populace.

Besides that, he plays with his son, takes the family to get ice cream, and drives with the top down. All good distractions from the multitude of phenomena that could upend our reality.
